RETURN ELIGIBILITY
- Item(s) must be postmarked within (14) days of the purchase date. If the return does not meet that requirement, the item will not be eligible for a refund.
- Our Josie’s Handbags N’ Stuff authenticity tag must be attached with the original security tie to receive a refund.
- Item(s) must be in the same condition with no missing “additions” such as the box, lock, dust bag, care booklets, etc.
- Please take good care of your purchased item, we do not accept a return if it is not in the same condition as when purchased.
- Josie’s Handbags N’ Stuff is not responsible for any new damage or wear to an item after purchase.
- We at Josie’s Handbags realize that sometimes there may be buyer’s remorse, IE “I don’t know what I did my partner will be upset that I spent the money”. Josie’s Handbags will give the purchaser (3) Three hours from the initial purchase to cancel the said sale if done by email to customer service prior to the (3) three-hour limit with no additional penalty.
- Please be aware that at Josie’s Handbags N’ Stuff, some items are pre-owned, and we are unable to honor any brand-specific warranties as we are not a part of the manufacturing process. Josie’s Handbags does not accept any product liability of any kind. If you have a product liability issue You Must take that up with the ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER.
REFUNDS
All Refunds will be made to the original credit card that the item was purchased. Please up to (5) five business days (Holidays and Weekends are excluded) to release funds back to the customer. Any stop payments or credit card cancellations are subject to a $35. penalty and a 15% restocking charge.
Josie’s Handbags N’ Stuff generally processes refunds within 5 business days of receipt depending on your refund method selection (the original form of payment or Josie’s Handbags N’ Stuff store credit gift card). Please be advised that returns of Fine Jewelry and Watches take an average of 10 days to process once received.
- If you change Banks/Credit card info between the purchase and the return, it is your responsibility to contact your previous institution and advise that a refund will be sent to the account. Similarly, if a bank gift card was used for the purchase, please do not discard the card
until you are certain the item will not be returned. Refunds will be refunded to the gift card used.
RETURN SHIPPING
We offer free and insured UPS Standard Ground shipping labels for all domestic returns within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date.
- If you prefer to use your own return shipping method, please ship your items with adequate insurance to cover the value of the returned item, include a signature requirement, and acquire a drop-off receipt.
